I'll go through all the details of the process with you when you get here, but essentially pots get made, they need to dry for about a week, then they go through their first firing.
After this firing, I will reach out to you to organise glazing. If you'd like to glaze them, then book into a session and from there they get one more firing.
Sometimes the whole process can take weeks so please keep this in mind if you're thinking of gifting your work or need your pots for a specific date. Ceramics is a slow business and there's no rushing drying without risk.
I use stoneware in the studio. If you would like to bring your own stoneware glaze, please check with me first.
