Please remember I run a small business, so returns and refunds are extremely hard on my trade. Please don’t buy if you think you’ll probably cancel or return.

Returns and Refunds
​

Contact me to cancel an order before shipping and you will be refunded the full amount, or opt for a voucher for the full amount. This will have no expiry date and will be redeemable through any purchase on my website shop. 

 

If you've already received your item and wish to return it please email me on hello@ameliakfulton.com with your contact details and order details, telling me why you are returning an item. Once the item is back in my possession in good condition, you will be issued a refund, or opt for a voucher for the cost of the item. This will have no expiry date and will be redeemable through any purchase on my website shop.

I cannot accept returns on commissioned/made-to-order items.

Please note that within the UK there is no available insurance for damage of ceramics during transit. Therefore, please make sure that items you are returning are packed adequately as I cannot accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

 

If you are returning something from outside the UK there may be insurance available for loss and damage but please check locally as I cannot accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

UK Delivery​

​

All the UK delivery costs will be charged at a rate depending on the size and weight of your purchase. Pricing for postage will be clearly stated on each piece or otherwise calculated at the check out (for example significantly larger pieces may be priced higher).

Estimated delivery times are between 1-3 working days from purchase unless I've notified you otherwise. Delivery times are estimates. Some variation may occur with the postal providers meaning that delivery could take longer than estimated and may be out of my control. During public holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter weekend and Bank Holidays) please be aware that deliveries may take a little longer than under normal circumstances.

If you need something for a specific date you can email me directly on hello@ameliakfulton.com and I will try to accommodate your request. Please note that a quicker delivery time may incur additional charges. These can be discussed on a case by case basis and the option may not always be possible.

I use national courier services and Royal Mail, depending on the type and size of piece ordered. A signature is sometimes required on delivery. You can choose to collect from me sometimes if you are Cornwall-based, or we can arrange for you to collect work at my next market.

International Delivery

​

I can ship overseas, however the shipping rates for overseas do vary so please contact me directly on hello@ameliakfulton.com for delivery charges to your area.

The correct international shipping fees must be paid before despatch. Please note that customers are responsible for any import charges/duties that may be incurred and must comply with any local regulations.

Please note insurance for damage or loss is not included in the delivery charge. However, for higher value items insurance can be purchased separately if required and can be discussed when arranging overseas shipping charges.

Your Details
​

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct. I cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that may arise due to incorrect address details. Some couriers require a signature on delivery. If you indicate that a package can be left at your home or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk.
